Breakfast had to be quick today; I had toast with “Lotus” almond biscuit spread. This has been ‘spreading’ through German facebook groups and forums for a while now and I just had to give it a try. Really delicious, I can only recommend it 🙂

Time passes so quickly! Another week has gone by and it’s once again Vegan Wednesday 🙂 (Here’s the board from last week)
Today my boyfriend and I really indulged ourselves with delicious vegan food 🙂
We had small cinnamon rolls for breakfast. I baked them last night and had already tried some fresh from the oven. But I have to say; this morning I liked them even better cold!

However, this time I won’t bake, but cook! When considering the topic “autumn”, a recipe suddenly came to mind that I’d cooked last autumn during my stay in Japan: Pumpkin-Carrot-Chestnut-Curry.
